Keen's babysitter, Molly McMire, has been kidnapped by the ravenous Bloogs of the planet Fribbulus Xax — who fully intend to eat her. Armed with his trusty raygun and pogo stick, Keen sets out across hostile Bloog territory to bring her home.

Published by FormGen in December 1991 rather than Apogee, Aliens Ate My Baby Sitter! is the standalone sixth episode on the Galaxy engine. Its separate publisher made it the rarest of the original Keen games for years.
